Our Opera in the Park has become the indispensable date in the Perth summer arts calendar, For the first time, Opera in the Park can be enjoyed in Geraldton.  This live simulcast on a giant LED screen, with state of the art sound,  will offer you an opportunity to enjoy opera, in the unique surrounds of the QPT Amphitheatre.

The Mikado is a perfectly placed gem for this occasion. From its first performance at the Savoy Theatre in London on 14 March 1885 to the present day, its fresh witty lyrics and memorable tunes have engaged and delighted audiences the world over, it just bubbles over with good humour.

A young, talented cast of the company singers, including young artists Jennifer Barrington, Ileana Rinaldi, Roberto Abate and Sitiveni Talei join WASO for an evening of vital fun.
